Working on multiple insurance coverages from automobiles to houses and Umbrella coverages can be very daunting and confusing. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about my account involving both renters and car insurance. "I was quoted double the price at my old insurance because I had an accident that I owned up to. I rear-ended a car. It was my bad.. I owned it and my insurance went up $160. Felicia made it go down to 60. And she was amazing to talk to easy to talk to, and now I have full Coverage. I immediately forwarded it to my friend because she was complaining about her insurance company too so hopefully she calls her and she does the same thing for her."
