"I switched today so I can't necessarily speak to how they handle accidents and what not. However, I can say that working with Matthew today was so incredibly easy. A friend of mine, who's opinion I very much trust, referred me to this office and just based on speaking to Matthew I think it was the right move. He was very transparent about what coverage would look like. He made sure to go over all options for add-ons but wasn't pushy at all. And the biggest thing I will say is I ended up with significantly more coverage for about $150 less than what I was paying at with my other carrier."
